Processing Times​

All orders are handmade and made to order.

• 3D Pet Replicas: 2–4 weeks production time (depending on complexity and demand)

Once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the bespoke nature of our products.

We will keep you updated throughout the process — you’ll receive a message when your order is about to go to print, and again when it is ready to ship.

Shipping Times

• UK Delivery: 1–3 working days

• International Delivery: 5–10 working days (may vary depending on customs)

You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

If you have a preferred courier, we are happy to use them. Otherwise, we will select a reliable courier best suited to your order.

Packaging

All 3D printed busts are carefully and securely packaged to ensure they arrive safely and intact.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
