At Pawfect Miniatures, each piece is created slowly and thoughtfully. From your photographs to the final hand-painted finish, every step is handled with care to ensure your miniature truly reflects your pet.
Because each commission is custom-made, we accept a limited number of orders each month.

1. Reserve Your Commission Slot
We work on a limited monthly commission basis to ensure quality and attention to detail.

Select your preferred miniature (Standard or Memorial)

Choose any optional add-ons, such as The Comfort Bar

Complete checkout to reserve your place, we will email you keeping you updated at every stage.
Once all monthly slots are filled, commissions close until the next opening.

2. Submit Your Pet's Photos
At checkout you can upload your pet's photos, then select checkout.
We will receive your order and photo's ready for preparation.
For the best possible result, we recommend:

Clear, well-lit images

Multiple angles (front, side, and back if possible)

Close-ups of markings, coat patterns, and eyes

Standing or sitting poses that show your ’s pet's natural posture
📸 Don’t worry if your photos aren’t perfect — we’ll work with what you
have and may contact you if clarification is needed. Please see our

3. Digital Modelling & 3D Printing
Using your photographs, your pet is digitally modelled to reflect their proportions, posture, and distinctive features.
Once approved internally, the model is:

Carefully prepared for printing

3D-printed at miniature scale

Cleaned and refined by hand
This stage forms the foundation of your
Pawfect Miniature.

4. Hand Painting & Finishing
Each miniature is then individually hand-painted to match your pet’s
coat colour, markings, and details.
This is a detailed, time-intensive process and no two pieces will ever
be identical. Subtle variations are part of what makes each Pawfect
Miniature unique and handmade.
For memorial commissions, this stage is approached with particular
care and sensitivity.

5. Final Checks & Packaging
Before dispatch, every miniature is:

Carefully inspected

Securely packaged for safe delivery

Paired with any selected add-ons
If you’ve chosen The Comfort Bar, it will be included separately,
clearly labelled for human use.

6. Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are shipped within the stated turnaround time shown at checkout

UK delivery only at launch

Turnaround Time
Because each piece is handmade, turnaround times vary depending on demand.
Current estimated timeframe:
Approximately 4 to 6 weeks from photo submission We offer a priority service, if you need your Perfect Miniature sooner.
We’ll always be transparent if timelines change.

Memorial Commissions

Many customers commission Pawfect Miniatures as a way to honour a pet who has passed.
We understand how meaningful these pieces can be and approach memorial commissions with sensitivity and respect. If you have specific requests or concerns, you’re welcome to include a note with your order.
