Refund Policy

We take pride in creating high-quality, bespoke products. Due to the custom nature of many of our items, our refund policy is strict and outlined clearly below.

Custom & Personalised Products

All 3D pet replicas and any personalised items are made specifically to your order.

  • No refunds or cancellations are accepted once production has started.

  • By placing an order, you agree to the final design direction based on the photos and details you provide.

Before Production Starts

If you need to cancel your order, this must be done before production begins. Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

​

Non-Custom Products

For non-personalised, custom or bespoke items :

  • Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  • We will assess and offer a replacement where appropriate

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged.

Important Notes
  • We are not responsible for dissatisfaction due to personal preference or minor variations in handmade products

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information and images for custom orders
